Experts in Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis

Mr. Harton received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 1987 and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Genetics at the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.  He recently joined Reprogenetics after 22 years in various roles at Genetics & IVF Institute including both laboratory and management positions.  Mr. Harton is currently managing the molecular PGD sections including single gene defect testing and array-based PGD at Reprogenetics as well as spending time on business development activities.  He has been an author on over 40 peer reviewed scientific articles and abstracts. He is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a Technical Supervisor, Molecular Diagnostics, and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society, and member of the College of American Pathologists Working Group on PGD accreditation.  He was recently elected as the Chair of the Steering Committee for the ESHRE PGD Consortium.
